Lizette Olsson

Founder/CEO

Lizette founded Caspera Management Consulting in 2019. It started as a one-person company where Lizette would help company management with digitization, organizational structure or as an interim manager. It quickly became clear to her that the need for project management for larger business projects was huge. Lizette then started hiring more staff, and so Caspera developed towards its current orientation - Your Partner in the implementation of business systems.

It is Lizette who receives assignment requests and she is the one you talk to if you want to discuss partnerships etc.

Lizette Olsson

Senior Program/Project Manager

Lizette is an experienced IT program and project manager. which has over the years successfully delivered projects of all sizes and variants, primarily from the client's side but also from the supplier's side. Lizette is used to working in multicultural projects with people who are involved both on site and offshore. Since the pandemic, she has delivered a lot of projects completely remotely.

Elina Lenca

Project Manager

Elina has a typical project manager profile. She is both determined and humble and manages to balance between meeting the project plan and managing the new enhancements and change requests of the business.

Test Manager

Elina is also a certified test leader and has worked a lot with automated tests. She has used both  Microsoft's tool RSAT and XPlus' very competent tool Executive Automats


Application Consultants - WMS & SCM

Elina Lenca

SCM/Warehouse Management

Elina is our WMS specialist. She has implemented both Advanced Warehousing in D365FO and Order to Pay in D365FO and Monitor. When it comes to handheld devices, few beat her.

David Lenca

Produktion/Transport/Power Apps

With his background from industry and as a truck driver, David has valuable knowledge of these processes and the requirements of the business. He has been involved in implementing Order to Pay, the production- and financial processes in Monitor and he has been involved in building a "Load and Unload" app in Power Apps according to the customer's requirements.

Per-Emil Bergkvist

CRM/Power Apps

Pelle is our Power Apps - GoTo guy. He has been involved in CRM and Finance projects where the solution is build in Power Apps. Pelle´s greatest skills is to fetch the business requirements and document them in a Functional Requirement Document. He works close to the developer verifying that the requirements are met in the final solution.

Manne is managing our homepage and he handling our marketing.

Monica Nilsson

CFO

Monica handles accounting and the supplier invoices as well as the annual report.
